The Squirt has been flipped and I have the bow sub-decking structure dry fitted and am in the process of epoxying it. The coamings have been epoxied and fastened into place as well. That was one part of the build I wasn't expecting to be so challenging. I soaked the wood over night in water and got it to bend, but it's definitely a two person job. I'm still trying to figure out what I want the rear hatch to look like, and with what hardware I want to use. Also, since the boating season in Michigan only has a little over a month left, and I go back to school at the beginning of August, I'm going to save the decking for a winter project .
